→ Fees & Billing
Service fees are discussed and confirmed during your onboarding call.
Any advertising budget is paid directly to Google/Meta and other required software's and services which remains under your control.

Every business and market is unique.
While we use proven strategies, actual outcomes depend on factors such as:

Business reputation and reviews

Your response time to inquiries
We guarantee professional work and continuous optimization, not a specific number of leads or revenue.
→ Refund Policy
If no measurable improvement occurs at all in visibility, reach, or call volume within the agreed-upon timeframe and you have fulfilled your responsibilities, we will gladly refund your service fee.
Refunds are not provided for:

Missed or unanswered leads or calls

Situations where the client does not implement recommended follow-through

Business operational limitations unrelated to marketing performance.

→ Client Responsibilities
For best results, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information

Maintain an active Google Business Profile

Respond to new customer inquiries promptly
Marketing brings attention — conversion requires responsiveness
→ Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts.
You may pause or cancel your service at any time - just send written notice (email or message) at least 48 hours in advance so we can make sure everything is closed out smoothly.
