By booking a call, working with us, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

→ Scope of Service

We provide local visibility and advertising services, which may include:

  • Google Business Profile optimization

  • Local advertising setup, management, and improvement

  • Performance monitoring and reporting

  • Strategy and consulting related to visibility and demand capture

Specific deliverables will be confirmed during onboarding and documented in writing.

→ Fees & Billing

Service fees are discussed and confirmed during your onboarding call.
Any advertising budget is paid directly to Google/Meta and other required software's and services  which remains under your control.

→ Results Disclaimer

Every business and market is unique.
While we use proven strategies, actual outcomes depend on factors such as:

  • Local competition

  • Search demand in your area

  • Business reputation and reviews

  • Your response time to inquiries

We guarantee professional work and continuous optimization, not a specific number of leads or revenue.

→ Refund Policy

If no measurable improvement occurs at all in visibility, reach, or call volume within the agreed-upon timeframe and you have fulfilled your responsibilities, we will gladly refund your service fee.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed or unanswered leads or calls

  • Situations where the client does not implement recommended follow-through

  • Business operational limitations unrelated to marketing performance.

→ Client Responsibilities

For best results, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Maintain an active Google Business Profile

  • Respond to new customer inquiries promptly

Marketing brings attention — conversion requires responsiveness

→ Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts.
You may pause or cancel your service at any time - just send written notice (email or message) at least 48 hours in advance so we can make sure everything is closed out smoothly.

→ Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed calls or unreturned customer inquiries

  • Operational or staffing issues

  • Platform outages (Google, Meta or others)
